American Idol Winners List: Who’s Next?
The search for the next American Idol Winner begins on Wednesday, January 16 at 8 PM eastern/7 central on FOX with a 2 hour season premiere highlighting auditions from New York/New Jersey. Part 2 of the American Idol season premiere will follow the next night at the same time and will feature highlights from the Chicago auditions.
Auditions for the 2013 season of American Idol took place throughout the summer in Los Angeles, San Antonio, Charlotte, Newark, Chicago, New Orleans, and Oklahoma City. To expand on the audition locations, the American Idol Small Town Audition Bus Tour was introduced to allow contestants to audition who couldn’t make it to the major locations. The cities included in this tour were Idaho Falls, Idaho; Billings, Montana; Casper, Wyoming; Rock Rapids, Iowa; Iowa City, Iowa; Bowling Green, Kentucky; Clarksdale, Mississippi; Joplin, Missouri; Dodge City, Kansas and Grand Junction, Colorado.
American Idol 2013 Judges
This season’s American Idol will feature some new members on the Judge’s Panel. Randy Jackson will continue, and will joined on the panel by Mariah Carey, Nicki Minaj and Keith Urban. Ryan Seacrest will once again be the host.
